Ginga Fitness is a high intensity dance fitness program designed to rip you into shape. This full body workout takes its inspiration from Capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts, and blends in dance moves from genres like Hip Hop, Latin, House, Dance, Soca, Dancehall, Reggae and World Rhythms. Each session mixes the best and most addictive music and moves with this style of martial arts for one heart-pounding routine.
